Daily Wrap
It was a swim day today, and one of my co-workers is a swimmer. So I was talking to him and he asked what kind of a swim I was doing for workouts and offered to put one together for me. I took him up on it and did it tonight.
Warmup — 30 second rests in between
- 4x50 yards free
- 4x50 yards pull buoy
- 4x50 yards kickboard
- 2x50 yards backstroke
- 2x50 yards backstroke
Main set — 30 second rests in between
- 4x50 yards Free (First 3 hard, last one easy)
- 4x50 yards Free (First 3 hard, last one easy)
- 4x50 yardsFree (First 3 hard, last one easy)
- 4x50 yards Free (First 3 hard, last one easy)
Cool Down
- 4x50 yards Free easy
Total 1800 yards, about 45 minutes. Good workout, I’ve never done drills so I was pretty awkward with the pull buoy, and legs were dead after kickboard. All in all it was a good workout.
Food was good today as well, 1390 consumed, 443 burned, 947 net, 283 below goal.
