What is this spotify… I might just be doing some googling…

It is a music service, was in Europe for a while, came to the US within the last month. Has a wide range of artists that it streams to you.  Its kind of like Pandora, but you pick what you listen to, is kind of the best way I can describe it.

Hang in there. Keep rolling. Keep stretching. You did have your gain analyzed for your shoes, right? Switching up the side of the road too can help.

Yep, they analyzed me for shoes and said I was in the right shoes already but they had enough miles on them that I should replace them.  Which makes sense since I ran pretty much pain free in them for 8 months.  Then the injury, so maybe they were due to be switched out.  The new shoes feel good too, and are right for me.  The routes I’ve been running lately are out and backs, so the slopes should be equal?  Might just do some treadmill stuff for a while.  Boring, but I know its flat…

I have to start counting the calories again. I’m stalling on it cuz I hate doing it.

Yeah, I hate calorie counting, but it seems to be a necessary evil for me till goal weight.
